Well if a coach can win two Super Bowls he deserves a bit of longevity. Hell Marvin Lewis has the some of the most and he hasn't won a playoff game.

And that's because Mike Brown is content with mediocrity. What brehs fail to realize is that every sports organization does not operate the same.

It's working out for them right now though.

I'm a believer in patience. If a coach proves to me he can win a Super Bowl (multiple ones at that), I'm gonna give him a tad bit more leeway than any other coach. There's not that many coaches in the league with Super Bowls to their name. I'm willing to be patient with Payton...now if in 2-3 years from now we've still shown no sign of improvement or upward trend, then yes, you cut your losses. But I'm willing to be patient. But that may be all for naught as I'm beginning to wonder just how much Payton wants a change of scenery.
