I disagree. Cops are already going hard and have been for decades. They already abuse their authority. There needs to be more anti-police energy in our community. Cops are nothing but the overseers who are here to enforce the unwritten laws of systematic white supremacy. I don't advocate going out an killing anyone but a lot of these cops have it coming. I did answer your question, but since youre so fixed on stats i will break it down for you. The answer will be any race that live among each other the mosr. Blacks kill blacks the most since we don't live in integrated areas. Whites kill whites the most since they don't live in integrated areas. Same for Asians, Native Americans, Latinos and whoever.
