Reports: Lamelo Ball has grown to 6'6

At 6'6 with his skill set and if he keeps improving he's definitely a starter in the league. No question

I make fun of him a lot but Lonzo will be a multiple time all star. He will always be overrated and never live up to the hype but he's still going to be a really good player.

LaMelo at a glance looks awful, unathletic shot chucker, but he looks to be just as dynamic a passer as Lonzo if you watch actual games. Hes very creative as a passer, if he can prove to be an efficient jumpshooter and not just a volume scorer he should turn out well.

I mean his style of play isn't the best,but he's the #2 PG in his class and 6th best overall player for a reason.

I seriously doubt Lonzo will be anywhere close as a pure scorer/shooter Kevin Martin was, but I'm willing to wait and see if he'll improve as a player before completely writing him off.

Nah I'm sure lamelo won't be a bust remember. Lonzo isn't a shooter. People keep trying make him into the star when that's not his role. Lonzo makes everyone else better. Lavar figured this out from the jump. His coaches understand this is well. Now Lamelo, is a fukking star. Lamelo will be the peak....

despite all the bs touted on here, Lonzo will be a great player as well. Same with lamelo. Gelo has a chance to be a jared dudley spot up type shooter....

Going back to lonzo, even magic knew shooting would be problematic entering this season. And he's not worried.
But like magic predicted, zo will be fine as long as he's committed to excelling in other areas, like getting blocks, rebounds and assists....
For example randle and ingram were looked as busts or mediore players until this season. Now both are showing flashes of living up to their potential.

Ricky rubio has been a jumpshot away his whole career and he's still in the league, so Zo will be fine....

I think zo will be a great player and lamelo got a great chance to be great as well.

Both tall with new a nice skill set.

Zo is not an iso type player and Gelo isn't really that good of a team player (more of just a shooter)

Melo can do what both these cats are good at. I do think that Zo is better athletically and defensively atm but if Melo gonna be walking around at like 6'7+ with the ability to score that he has then dudes gonna be tough.

Zo gonna be about 6'7 too I think tho.

Melos defensive effort is the only thing I'm concerned with. But he ain't gonna have no problem with talking shyt or being aggressive shooting/attacking. Dude is offensively pretty good already.

Gelo can bench 3 plates......which is a lot for a basketball player...

That is definitely a lot for a basketball player. They way this dude plays then honestly dude would be a decent TE somewhere.

All he really did at chino hills is shoot and seal his man for the full court passes Lonzo and Lamelo threw to him. I still don't understand how nikkas on Zos own team can't do the same

Before the injuries took their toll Kevin Martin had a great first step, Lonzo does not have those attributes.

Lonzo seems set in his shot, I doubt even his dad could get him to change before the horrible shooting this season.

They'll get there. They still have to build that chemistry. Trust Kuzma, Zo and Ingram moving forward will be some deadly shyt. Heck even incorporate Nance, he's really high iq and efficient player. But yea a lot of it is just time...
