it's starting to sound like this thing that happens at my job all the time. We'll have process, procedures, etc... in place already for years that work perfectly fine, but then you have people trying to change or get rid of them because they want to make a name for themselves and be known as the person that did _____. Just for their resume.

Glad I slid out of supply chain in these last 3 months, from the tariffs to now the OSHA bullshyt... many will get hurt if not worse. Even with OSHA, people still get hurt fairly often.

I could tell you some stories up to people literally dying in workplaces.
