nikkas really thought this would just stop with Roe v Wade being overturned... like come on
We were fear mongering, apparently. Folks acting like shyt can't get worse :beli: JUUUUUUUUUUUUST think if Republicans held office nationally post-Trump. Yea, it would really be that bad. If you asked me in 2014 if I thought Trump would be the worst thing to happen to this country in a long time, I would have said cut the hyperbole and look what Bush got us into. Trump, his sycophants, and the gigantic batteries in the Republican party back means it is game time. You can not sit on the sidelines anymore.

Signed,

Former "moderate" fence sitter.

Even in a state like Wisconsin, with a democrat governor, the republican legislature has pretty much stripped away a bunch of his power.
Courtesy of Scott fukkING Walker. He tore the state up with his fukkery and as a parting gift limited the power of the governer.

"What are dems gonna do about it" THEM fukkS CHEAT! You can not be more mad at them than these a$$hole Republicans.

Ya'll do realize people can be prosecuted by going on a boat offshore and coming back to a state where it's illegal. If you want to risk it, then that's you. It's not going to be as easy as they want to make it seem.

I'd be happy for the states to split up because then it will expose the debauchery of the left for the world to see. International business is already moving towards the more conservative states because they are more comfortable with them and that lifestyle.

Fugitive Slave Act

Passed on September 18, 1850 by Congress, The Fugitive Slave Act of 1850 was part of the Compromise of 1850. The act required that slaves be returned to their owners, even if they were in a free state. The act also made the federal government responsible for finding, returning, and trying escaped slaves.

This is where they got the idea from

Gonna be interesting seeing states pitted against other states. California already signaled that they're not going to cooperate with other pro-life states. Personally, I think this is just the begining of something that's gonna escalate far beyond abortion.
When you leave more room for states rights you leave more room for states to disagree fundamentally.

What the fukk are you even talking about? Big business moves to conservative states because of cheaper taxes and weaker worker protections.

And people said they were just leaving the issue up to the states

No they are outright outlawing it and criminalizing going to another state to get it
Interested to see how the Supreme Court rules on cases when it’s State v State.

Time to start posting things like:
-Environmental records
-poverty rate
-median wages
-infrastructure
etc.

These conservative states can be "business friendly" for reasons that are not good. This like when you hear cats say they make good money but it is $15 an hour. This ignores his ability to save for retirement, budget for healthcare expenses, move if there are greener economic pastures elsewhere, etc. Having big business comes to a state doesn't mean shyt if it isn't enriching the people. See any city in the USA that HAD a good local economic base until Walmartization hit them. Now all they got left are chain steak joints and Dollar Generals.

I'm working my "big business" job right now that skipped liberal states for a better business climate. It happens every day. You can be an activist for hell all you want to.....We still are winning over here. Righteousness will forever stand.
