1) Republicans took us into those Middle East wars: Iraq in the 90s, and Afghanistan and Iraq again in the 00s.
2) Republicans have lead the way on empowering corporate expansion. From the courts to the legislature. ‘Corporations are people’ is only a talking point from one party and it’s not the Democrats. Insane tax cuts for the rich and corporate elites under Trump and Bush Jr and deregulation cannot be undone with some fake populist talking points.
3) Neither party wants a small government. Dems want a government large enough to serve the interests of the people. Repubs want a government large enough to monitor you on the internet and in your bedroom and at doctors office and what books you’re reading and what shows you’re watching and what curriculum your school is teaching. And on and fukking on.
4) Republicans have done nothing to expand rights. Not one thing. They’re considering giving gun rights to domestic abuser, so maybe that will count.
