so i looked it up instead of just raging on the 50 second video clip

apparently this was under the "unborn child support act...To amend part D of title IV of the Social Security Act to ensure that child support for unborn children is collected and distributed under the child support enforcement program". https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/senate-bill/4512/text?r=2&s=1

so i think this is just another aspect of the anti abortion laws, this is the response to complaints about women having abortions because they may not be able to afford a pregnancy. then i looked up paternity test during pregnancy and apparently some test carry a risk to the unborn child (depending on how far along the pregancy is), which may explain why an anti-abortion crowd would not require the test if its risky to the fetus

but after the kid is born, i think the regular requirement of establishing paternity in order to get child support kicks in

there has to be more to this....it doesn't make any sense when you think about it.

This would mean a woman can accuse any man of being the father of her child and put him on child support. I'm too lazy to research it, but there has to be some vetting process or additional criteria not being mentioned in the video.



so this makes sense. Similar practices are done in France...apparently it's illegal to get a paternity test done behind the other "parent's" back. If you claim the child there's very little you can do...however if you don't claim the child the mother will have to prove you're the father (most likely through a paternity test).

I think the vid was a bit inflammatory. Don't sign the birth certificate or claim the child if you're unsure.

How about not allowing the birth certificate to be signed during an emotional time right after child birth.

Wait until the baby's 6wk check up (also the woman's 6wk post pregnancy no sex period). When they slide it in on you with all the other paperwork you feel pressure to sign it.

It's crazy you can get out of any signed document you sign under duress except a birth certificate.

I don’t understand how this wasn’t a thing already. They already have the blood and test it so why not grab the alleged fathers and this will provide accountability.

Also the father should have to have a dna or waiver signed before signing a BC.

This way the mother/father know who the father is and both parents can be held accountable.

So explain this to me because I am not quite getting it. This would allow a woman to accuse a man as the father and he could not get a paternity test to prove it isn’t his child until after the child was born and it would have to be behind the mother’s back?

The average US citizen spends more time with their coworkers than their own families, because you have to work so much just to survive. Most people aren't willingly signing up for it anymore, and instead of actually addressing the real root of the population decline they are trying to strong arm it back and it won't work. This is gonna cause young white people to have even less kids than they are having now. According to the studies they love to conduct, people are having less and less sex than ever and less and less kids. Men already question the character of these women(says alot more about the men who get these women pregnant than the women themselves honestly), why are you putting even more restrictions on their ability to get security? It isn't talked about enough that a lot of men aren't having sex with women because of the amount of mistrust men have towards modern women. It's a lot more than they will let on. How many times you gotta hear 'I don't trust these hoes.' before you realize it effects gender relations.

Funny thing is, this is all to stimulate white population growth and only two groups of peoples population will grow if it happens: blacks and hispanics. The two racial groups they are trying to slow down so they can outpace. Blacks and ese's gonna keep on fukking, that aint gonna stop. Trust me on this, I work with enough hispanics to know that 'honorary' white shyt will only last as long as they don't have a population advantage over white people. What is happening to black people in Cali in relations to Mexicans, will happen 10 fold to white people once they get more numbers. Cost of Living is extreme and educated skilled works are forgoing parenthood because, like you said, the concept of ahving a family nowadays is vorderline IMPOSSIBLE working 50+ hours a week.
