But yea....Layer mask is the best way to get hair out. However, I have found just hitting the bytch with eraser and using the clone tool

to create strands is usually better. It doesn't look jarring as fukk. I prefer gimp to photoshop, BTW. No particular reason, just no reason to change now

in the latest PS version you could probably do this pic

Yea, I don't need all that. Gimps tools are more than enough, and I got used to its confusing ass interface. Hell, I could make smilies in paint if need be, even if they couldn't compete.
