Would you ever say "You think 331,000,000 people can't pull off 684 murders a day?"
Ask yourself why not. (real) rape is an extreme form of behavior. It is definitely not 685 times a day common. Do you genuinely think rapes occur almost 50 times more frequently than murders?
Actually, I just looked up the study and it's even less likely because those 500,000 rapes are not estimated for the whole country but for only 14 states with total abortion ban. So it's actually not 500,000 rapes among 330,000,000 people but likely less than a 100,000,000 people so it would be more like 2000+ rapes a day in an area of 14 states.
Do you really believe those numbers?
The study says they estimated the number because "
to our knowledge no recent reliable state-level data on completed vaginal rapes (forced and/or drug/alcohol–facilitated vaginal penetration) are available".
