He’s the predecessor to Nemesis in RE3. He appears when you beat the game with one disc, and use the save to start a new game with the other.

Your actually the first person i've seen that think's RE2 is releasing too close to KH3 and not the other way around. Everyone is saying KH3 is gonna suffer cause of RE2 and im like KH3 is the more popular game here lol.


With that said both games have their own dedicated fanbase that will make sure the games wont fail. On top of that it's very likely for gamers to buy both.
