Yeah. You said play it like I played the first game so I assume you mean RE2 the original one. Pretty much every RE game you needed ink ribbons to save the game. This one just changed it up.

Just play it on regular, you didnt get hardmode until after you beat the original game... why punish yourself...

Lol you still don't see my point. Hardcore mode in the remake was the normal difficulty of the original game.

The original was THAT hard for me breh... I played it on easy and got through the game no problem.

but even on easy there was challenges... especially when the froggers got in the house... gawddamit I hate those fukkers,they'll kill you in one hit...

Finished Leon's part. Took 13 hours and some change(Hardcore) and that was a C rank.

DmX was annoying in the final battle though, his claw slash would auto lock and impale the shyt out of Leon every time. I saw online that it was time based and basically you gotta just use the handgun bullets to survive. if you have no grenade this fight can be tricky as hell.

Excellent game though. 10/10.

Watching clips of the original and it's a lot that's changed. The RPD looks way darker in this remake. The original you can tell they paid PSEG before they abandoned it.

New One they cut that shyt off.

What yall think about this list?

I’m not mad at it but I’d def change some things, I never played zero or revelations so my personal list would look like this, leaving off the original 1 & 2 since the remakes are better in every way imo.

Revelations 2 is very underrated and the raid mode is just as good as mercenaries. I don't get the hate for RE5 besides the obvious issue that they had a white guy killing bunch of Africans, the gameplay was good and the mercenaries is the best one they've done. RE6 could've been the best one if the game was more like Leon's story and didn't turn into a Gears of War clone. The RE2 remake is definitely the best one in the series imo and I would put RE4 right behind it.
