But real talk RE5 was mad underrated imo. I played that shyt a few times through and had a blast in coop. I think because my cousin loved it made it also fun whereas I only played RE4 a couple times. I like RE4 but I felt like 5 was more fun for some reason.

Oh def. When people say RE5 sucks or whatever, that shyt is such revisionist history. I remember when RE5 came out, even the haters couldn't put that shyt down. Pretty much everyone beat it 1-2 times in the first month lol.

I might be one of the few who never really liked RE5. The best part about RE4 was the feeling of you being alone against the dark, disturbing enemies out there. RE5 messed that up with adding a partner.

I remember playing with my brother and nether of us really felt the game like that, and both of us were big re fans.

Resident evil 4 already took some of the scares out the game but it still managed to give u the chills, alot of the game was in the dark.

Re 5 basically removed what remained of the horror aspect and leaned further towards a third person shooter. The series has been going down hill ever since.
