Nah start my new one Jan 4th

This is my old one that was gonna lay me off

you act like you were leaving without any plan. now you get a month vacation. I would have stayed just to see if they were offering severance packages. if not, I'd use all my sick days, and then get paid out for any vacation time I have banked up.
