I actually watched it 2x last week, it's really up there as far as Verzuz go (X/Snoop & Beanie/Bounty). Still has me sad

The Black Rob shyt sad too. But got a little laugh from it today because 1 of my coworkers is a Rob stan and he kinda emotional today and lowkey snapped at me. Because we was talking about Black Rob vs G-Dep not too long ago and who we liked more. Well I was playing some Black Rob for him and he looked at me like "Ain't you Team G-Dep? Don't switch up now
" I got a good chuckle from that 
Anyways, I'm still trying to find out more info on X's memorial service on Saturday to see if I can make it

I was just entering my teens, X really ushered me into hip hop beyond the radio. A lot of youthful memories around that summer of 1998-1999.
