Gimmick places with fancy presentation can make a mint for a little while. Usually people go for the experience.....but the price and average quality of the food prevent repeats.

A lot of people might go for a pizza bomb, ONCE...but never again. Well honestly I wouldn't do $100 for a pizza at all. If it was a really big azz pizza bomb, maybe.
