But the sentiment still stands, these people are not personally bad the same way you are not personally good. Its circumstances, if you change the circumstances you will have dramatic changes to the behavior.

Brooklyn so crazy that my whole life Canarsie was considered like middle class, decent living, now they had one of the biggest Crip artist and gang wars. I live in the Stuy and once Covid started and no Europeans were going into the Air B and B's in the brownstone's the block got active. Went to the chicken spot last week and saw 20 nikkas in red kufi's red bandana's and red beads shooting dice, I haven't seen that since 05 Albany Projects
