Restructure the CIA? Trump targeting the agency

I wish he would have done it, wish he would have closed Gitmo, killed the NSA, killed NGA, took out the CIA, and etc, but all he did was continue the Bush policies of allowing all these agencies to increase their budgets and powers, while attacking whistleblowers who detailed how some of these agencies were acting illegally.

We need the CIA.

US existed majority of its lifespan without a NSA, CIA, NGA, ATF, DEA, and etc, so to claim it NEEDS them is hollow.
DIA does everything the CIA needs to do and is under far stricter protocol and oversight. NSA has abused its power since inception and Snowden showed us how they most recently abused their power to warrantlessly spy on american citizens. ATF and DEA provide no real service to American citizens, there is no reason tobbaco should be regulated and firearms at most should be state administered at the most. DEA overlaps too much with the FBI, needs to be shut down, if only for its drug dealing and aid in providing cover for south american drug traders.

Other nations can waste their money if they want, doesn't mean the US should continue to do so.
