Pay them what they worth... shyt makes no sense the CEO doesnt do shyt gets paid millions and millions...![]()
Let’s not do that

This wave has been hitting retail, hotel, restaurants, fastfood, and i'm loving it (pun intended)
As long as people refuse to take these low paying dead end jobs, the market will be forced to correct.
If I had a teenage son/daughter, they will not work in retail or fast food. For what? fukk all that

If you do work, that work should pay you a livable, meaningful wage...it shouldn't really matter what kind of work that is.Where else do you expect your teen to work then? You sound stupid, kids should be working those jobs that's who their for. Adults working those jobs are failures.
. Yah boy cutting the grass around town making bank, but ya actual boy cutting grass gets an allowance...

we all get that moment to chose if we want the red or blue pill.
disconnect from the matrix or carry on with it.
but the pandemic made is real. people realized they could have died having lived up to that point and they want more in life now... i foresee a future wave of people rejecting broad capitalism all together and opting for simplified lifestyles.
No one should have to work 2 jobs into order to be able to feed themselves or have housing
wage should be high enough to the point where no one is strugglling, giving more incentive for people to work those "dead end" jobsGood .
Problem is not everyone can have good jobs . There is simply not enough good jobs ..if everyone got higher learning or trades and the market was flooded , wages would go down .
That being said every job should be a liveable wage . shyt housing should be a right.
Get a better education, pretty simple...
At a base level wages haven't risen at a satisfactory level relative to housing and consumer goods. The base line of a living wage isn't being paid way before you have to get into striving to get a "better" job.Get a better education, pretty simple...
one of the rawest lines you will ever hearGood for the employees. This is exactly what a free market economy is about.
Greedy fugging CEOs, executives and shareholders are raking in money hand over fist and ain't sharing a damn thing with the employees. The employees are finally quoting Marlo:

Thank you. I don’t understand what is wrong with people on this forumUnless you never plan on going to target, the grocery store, dollar store, or any store ever again, clearly people have to work those jobs![]()

It's funnier because I'm not super deep into the topic but even I know that.Nothing is more hilarious than watching people's faces melt when you explain to them what the minimum wage would've been had wages kept pace with inflation. People love to beat their chest about STEM STEM STEM, but when you use math to crush their arguments they want no part of that shyt.
