but they need help. i work in a soup kitchen full of hobos, junkies, traumatised individuals, mental ill people. they do not really get the help they need. if we had 2-3 40 hour social workers here and a psychologist and a doctor they could be helped. drug rehab and a longterm therapy, then a place to live & a starter job until they are fit to be on their own again, but it costs too much moneys.
