My favorite dish to eat and cook.

Not happy with my performance last Christmas, but it was my first time cooking in a kitchen with someone else cooking at the same time (that can throw you off your game)

Still haven't perfected the flow yet.

What cheeses yall use? I use Velveeta, Mild Cheddar, Colby/Monterrey Jack mix, and mexican blend

I've tried cream cheese, and played with heavy cream in the "sauce". Didn't really care for either of those additions.

Made my first batch.

It came out amazing. Holds it shape. Sharp cheddar, mozzarella and gruyère. :ohlawd: I might make more next week and tweak it with some lobster and thick slab bacon. :smugdraper:

Gouda, asaigo, gruyere, sharp cheddar, parm reggiano, fontina. (not that dust in a can:scusthov:)

Lactose intolerant people, don't even try. :ufdup:
