To elaborate, I had an issue with video playback on my PS4. Blu-rays and streaming video was sped up. They sent me out a box to send it in on a Monday. I got it back (or a new one) on Thursday. No more issues and it was free.

Well you talking about buying a Xbox One like its a solution. Don't they got issues too?
Im getting an xbox one anyway with my return.........I will still have a PS4...If the next PS4 doesn't work I'll just get the xbox and wait until the PS4 are fixed.

HAve you ever had a problem with any Sony product in your life?
Sure. I have had issues with PS2 disc read errors, PS1 disc read errors(Had to flip the console upside down for a few games) and I had a messed up PSP. My PS3 has been working flawlessly since I purchased it in 2010. My PS4 had a few crashes here and there but nothing significant. The error in the OP hasn't been an issue for me.
Have you ever had an issue with any Microsoft product?
I've never seen a PS4 on shelves anywhere.
Every time I go into Target or Walmart there have a case full of Xbox One's though.
Breh you aren't understanding how often it has happend...like here's an example I was going to run bf4 with Los this weekend as soon as I entered a game I'd get the blue screen it has happened over 20 something times...nba 2k a whole plethora of issues I can't even play it like honestly like it will get hung up at a load screen prior to playing...don't starve I get the error at the start screen.....kill zone I never was able to play it...I spent over 2 hrs trying to access it and couldn't get past the globe before the error...
I'm exchanging my ps4 for another ps4 I hope the shyt gets to working...I'm the only one whose had these issues on here that I know of..so I'm thinking it's the system. I was reading that amazon had gotten a bad Batch.
