A quick Google search shows some Reverse HyperExtension machines in the $200-$2000 range.

Anyone have one? Do you vouch for it? What kind do you have or are you most familiar using? Anyone have anything bad to say about them?

It would mostly be for lower-back pain.

I am interested in this too. My friend has one at his gym and another at his house in his home gym. There is actually a Barbell Club near me that has one, I think they will let me in to use it. I will ask my friend about his and update. He doesn't have hip and back issues like I do yet, he power lifts competitively.

I started doing more leg raises, using the nautilus glute drive machines, seated back machines and a few other things to help.

This video had me interested way back, (comments). The gym I used to go to got one after I left that area.

I don't own one but I have used em before and they are legit.

It's something I'd never buy for a home gym unless my shyt was on The Rock's status. :manny:

Some of them are foldable though, so if you are already working out at home anyway, it might not take up too much space.

Not so much a space issue, it's more of a cost to utility issue. Like a hyper bench, seated calf, or a Roman chair, the actual amount of things I could do with it doesn't justify getting it for a home gym to me.

The main reason I could never be home gym crew is that there's too much shyt that I'd want and not enough space to place it all in a regular-ass house. :mjcry:

Never saw one of these. Looks nice and resourceful. Would love to try one out.

I can't really justify it I just use a regular back extension and do good mornings.
