Brother, we both know that people aren't going to hire homeless people to work on farms, landscape or work on construction sites. That's just not happening. Immigrants have cornered those fields and have the reputation of working extremely hard for minimum pay. The types of jobs homeless people are given are putting fliers on cars/doors. They aren't going to be trusted doing much else and there's no way in hell a homeless person is going to be trusted to handle people's food. You tell someone that a homeless person is working in a kitchen and you'll lose business.

Because homeless people are fukking homeless. Homeless people carry themselves a certain way. The type of homeless people you see down on skid row or begging for change outside of a liquor store are filthy, probably mentally ill, have no family and look/smell like they haven't bathed in months. They don't have an address or a phone. You realize that to get called back by the company, you need a phone number, right? You realize they do background checks, right? Even if you lived at a shelter and used that address/phone number, I'm sure they'd be able to look that up. The McDonalds answer is fukking bogus. No one in the world is hiring a homeless person to handle food.

It’s also possible that homeless person has a job. My dad works construction and meets a lot of homeless people who do labor.

Nothing wrong with helping people especially when you have millions in the bank.
