I think as long as you track your calories you'll probably be alright. I think we need more basic nutrition and diet classes in high school and college. I don't think a lot of people understand how bad a donut a day is calorie and nutrition wise

You definitely can, especially if your metabolism isn't :flabbynsick: , but most folks will equate that with LISS/MISS cardio and fail because cardio is inefficient for losing weight. :ufdup:
