nightmare vultures? lol
the song where he tells a story for 8 bars and then just starts to bragadoccio rap?(like nas did on suspect). funny how you say one love isn't true story telling but a song with 8 bars on topic of story is. you don't explain your points "well" i should say.
so schooling a youth to the ills of the streets doesn't make for a good story but robbing people at the coliseum does. nice. you're extremely bias. drink away the pain isn't funny by any means.
relatable and better are 2 different things breh. i doubt you've ever fukked a ballers wife than pretended to rob her when he came back home, but you like that one.

U dont remember how it ends?..that's ur fukkin issue dog cause it had a beginning Middle and end that was completely coherent....at the end he felt shortly was too greedy and money hungry and he didn't trust her and if they did get caught he would get mad time while she would basically get off...so he switched up the original plans..and set it up where he killed her by replacing coke with crushed glass and she snorted it...he then made a run with the money...yes. the entire process of P setting up that jux at the coliseum was an entertaining story and one i can relate too.
Drink Away The Pain is absurd and thus humorous.
Biggie's shyt seemed like an event that could happen...by how great he is at telling it.
Blaze a 50 is straight fantasy land and verbose. it's just a showoff writing session. he isn't concerned with anything other than dazzling with the writing. there's no payoff. i honestly can't even remember how it ends. not a great story. you can't begrudge Rae and bolster Nas.
Once Upon a Time In The Projects & Gangstas Fairytale are great stories.
i'm not saying it isn't a story. i'm saying it isn't great IMO. that i've heard it dozens of times and forgot the ending speaks to that. i love the beat. i respect that he really went hard with the pen. end result is not anything i'd call great.

but u see how u didnt remember the ending..but I DID?..what does u remembering somethin have to do with anything fam?..lol..I think it was a great cinematic story...ESPECIALLY for a hip hop track...shyt played out like a movie and u could visualize everything he was saying..thats a great storyteller...what the hell does u remembering have to do with it...like I said..why cant u accept the fact that just cause you dont like something doesnt mean it isnt great or good...it isnt great to YOU my g...why can't u just leave it at that?..do u really think ur opinion holds so much weight that u can't even do that?..
