I agree. But TECHNICALLY there is a choice there. Even if their chance of escaping the slave masters and getting to a place of freedom was 0.00000001%, technically it's a choice. It's basically a tough guy way of looking at the situation.

He also says that cash payouts will cause a greater rift in this country between Blacks and white people in this country. Which it will but who gives a fukk...ancestors of American slaves should get what they're owed.
