I always liked the Rock Bottom. Rock's athleticism and charisma made the move. Great when used by him, but trash when used by others.

The SCM is one of my favorites of all time as well, though it needs to be sold properly, otherwise it's easy to see when he doesn't connect. Overall, it was much more versatile so it's kind of hard to compare the two..
