They may as well start RG3 and see if he gives them something the last 3 games. Even if they are going to trade him then he can audition for other teams these last few games. I have a feeling that in the end Snyder will fire Gruden and do something crazy like hire Art Briles or go after Harbaugh after the season while retaining Griffin. On the real they need an offensive line overhaul and 3 seasons is to soon to give up on a talent like Griffin. Now if they get an offense to suit him and some protection next year and he still tricks it up then yeah by all means get rid of him. But last season he was coming off injury with a poor team and actually played better then people give him credit for. This year was lost with the broken ankle bad team and possibly a coach that is in over his head. So give it a chance next year but remake your team from the interior positions and the CB and safety spots and see if Griffin can replicate his magic from 2012. I really think he can with the right offensive system around him and most importantly if he is 100 percent healthy.

They should have worked on the O-Line a LONG time ago. They have Jackson, Garcon, Reed, Paul, Helu, and Roberts but no time to throw to any of them. They better spend all the draft picks on O-Line and defensive backs.
