What are some teams that'd be great fits for RG3?

I'm talking solid coaching staff as well that'd know how to coach him up and use what he brings to the table that may be a QB shy of competing, maybe even contending?

Dude needs a change of scenery and Washington needs to find their QB if they don't want to stick with him

I know this sounds weird but some place like the Bears and their scheme might not be too bad
