Dr. West has bigger fish to fry..

Not at all what I asked. What if he didn't....and it was about Lil Wayne instead

His message is the truth, who gives a fukk about why he did it or what his motivation was. More rappers need to step up like that..show some balls.

Some people (not necessarily you) are so brainwashed in here with that "u mad/emotional shyt"....well I think being Malcolm X being "mad" was one of his primary motivations.

Not to make this that deep at all, but this is just a (waay) less extreme example of that mindset. If you're not upset about the way black artists are pawns..even if you like the music, there's something wrong with you.

why everything thats deemed negative in hiphop gotta be a conspiracy nowadays?

was it a conspiracy when N.W.A blew up? YES

was it a conspiracy during the "alleged" east/west coast beef? YES

did the government kill Biggie and Pac? NO

and if so, why? because if anything, they should've let them live to keep promoting that beef and cause more separation between us blacks..was it a conspiracy when Master P blew up?,etc.. The negativity of Pac's actions and image has outlived and been copied more than the positivity of his potential

we been killing each other before this rap shyt, so idk why nikkas continue to point their fingers at certain individuals in the rap game and say "thats the bad guy"..shyt is corny and old

Jimmy Iovine has exploited more innocent children than the Catholic church. Whats funny is, Interscope has been running the exact same game on the culture since NWA and everytime they get called out on it, somebody is hating or creating conspiracies.

Thread title would be more accurate if it it also included "...AND the Corporate-Exploiters of Rap Music."

This shyt is not just about Chief Keef. It's bigger than that. Fest wrote some provocative shyt.

Only thing that was funny was that third-person shyt about good artists being starved out and ignored. :comeon: Even if it's true...

Yeah I think he basically used Keef to get eyes to the conversation. It's not about him specifically at all, it's an indictment of all rappers

I just hope some slave ass guy (looking at Lupe) doesn't try some bullshyt defense of modern gangster rap

I mean it was what was needed when it was reach one teach one, or exposing white america to what really goes on...but I was thinking about this the other day...have Ross or Wayne ever given out any game on a record....every other guy even through their violence and bullshyt was like "there's another way young boy we're just making due"...they just revel exclusively in addiction and violence and a black/dark skin inferiority complex and people don't seem to care...

Did...this guy, Chief Keef do something outlandish that I don't know about?

I honestly don't know this guy's music, or anything about him. Rappers sort of all blend together now-a-days :manny:

Same here, I keep seeing his name but I have no idea who he is

but, heres the problem.. he didnt..

and, hes not showing any "balls".. like Keon already noted, where was all this conspiracy talk been since his day..? there were artists way bigger than chief keef, who were around in, and before his prime.. he had nothing to say then..

for him to just wake up one day, and think, ":gladbron: im gonna stand up for rap, in the form of Cheif Keef being part of a system to ultimately promote violence and putting people in prison..!!" is ridiculous..
