No he's not. And if the ghost writer agrees to NOT receive credit, they don't.

Kanye got a team just like Britney Spears or Justin Bieber... It's all smoke and mirrors... Kanye is NOT a genius.

I'm not saying Kanye is a genius or that he doesn't have a team. I'm just saying people exagerrate how many lines Kanye has written for him...He always has had the "too many urkels on your team thats why your wins low..." type of Kanyeesque style of puns since College Dropout...lines where you look at them and just know Ye wrote them

This nikka is lying. Its required to put the names of the person contributing and it would be in the Library of Congress copy-write database . If there were other songs his government name or whatever alias would be listed...

What the fukk are you talking about?

I don't think the ghostwriting is as cut and dry with Kanye, as with other rappers who had ghostwriters

I still believe Kanye wrote 30%-40% of his lyrics when he began his career. He had mixtapes out prior to his debut album trying hard to convince everyone he was a rapper. He was just aided HEAVILY through co-writers, punch-ins at the studio, people who flat out wrote full songs for him on a couple tracks, etc. It felt like he had all of the songs conceptually down, had a list of lines he wanted to rhyme with, but wasn't a skilled enough rapper to write 3 full verses for each song and piece them together to make a coherent thought. So he had people to help construct the song lyrically for him

I think after maybe the 808 album is when he probably just gave up and used 100% of ghostwriter help
