Guys like Flair and Dusty are gods to people here in the South. I got put on 80s Flair by my dad who had some old Mid Atlantic tapes, shyt was amazing. 10 year old me was like

I don't know brehs, I don't feel a lot right now. I don't wish death on anyone. I don't downplay the pain and agony it causes and the peace it brings some to mourn together as fans, but I don't feel any kind of sadness.

With the stories of his past, the events of the weekend, the election, the past few years and then stretching back forever, it's hard to separate the entertainer from the man. He's one of the most important people in wrestling history and could be argued he's as big of a part of hip hop history if you look how many times he's been sampled, referenced or bitten. But looking past the things that make him a bad dude to celebrate his few meaningless accomplishments in the grand scheme of things is something I don't know if I can do.

I hope he pulls through. I appreciate the entertainment he brought to the world but that's where it stops
