i think Birdman is setting up an elaborate Checks and Balances system...

where you got Bloods, Zoes, Crips..and random shooters and goons from various cities across the states...

which creates a situation in which if Birdman was to fall out of favor with one particular entity..he got others to keep them in line...

meanwhile taking all the attention off of him allowing him to be the Puppetmaster of the Circus of "goons"....

He wasn't even indicted with Meech.....he came on the third wave of indictments coming out of Atl..while Meech's was with the og's coming out of Detroit on that first indictment..

Bleu never implimented Meech..nor did Meech ever impliment Bleu.

all this was spillage from the Ralphie Simms trial in california in which ole boy couldn't account for those 40 bricks that went missing from the mexicans and started throwing everybody under the bus from Jeezy to Bleu under false allegations just to save face
