What’s funny about this is that when a team Lebron is on fails to win a championship, suddenly it’s all his fault and he’s this all-powerful secret GM pulling the strings on every move. And the ACTUAL GM is just a figurehead with zero power and zero accountability.

But when Lebron has won, when he’s gotten to the finals…there’s zero talk about him being this creative secret successful GM who built teams that got to the final stage.
