I’ve only read a couple of pages but are people really saying he did nothing wrong and that what he did wasn’t wrong

he went to her parent’s house, he’s lucky her pops didn’t have a gun or anything

I KNOW if this happened to your sister, cousin, etc you wouldn’t be defending him

Pops DID have a gun. Richard is very lucky he's alive today.

The pops said that he maced him when the door was half-open, and after that Richard still kept ramming the door and busted one of the locks. Yeah its fukked up this is all leaking so quickly. I know a lotta people are shytting on local news for leaking the 911 call and this getting out now. They said the 911 call can get released something about his wife wasnt directly related in the fighting so it wasnt directly part of the investigation.

He was released from jail today. They said the judge said it was 4 misdemeanors and he has to appear back in court friday.

With great power (NFL star) comes great responsibility (very little privacy).

Hopefully they have a psych headed his way.

Exactly. Pops handled that like a fukking man. It's an ugly situation all the way around and I'm not mad at how any of them handled it, the police included. Because God knows they could have used the situation as a reason to use lethal force if they wanted to, and I'm glad that didn't happen.

Based on how it went down, it ended in the safest possible outcome. Glad Richard is alive to learn from this and get the help he needs.

If they didn’t call the police, then someone else who heard what was going on would have and his boys more than likely gotten there after the police did.

Dudes in here commenting on emotions rather than actual logic in this situation.
