Nah, once the NFL revoked God-mode for read-option QBs and LBs started setting those asses on fire, none of them could do shyt. The read option was a gimmick that only worked so long as the defense had to back off and treat running QBs with Goodell gloves.

Josh Freeman is the quickest fallout I've seen...The dude looked beastly had all the tools etc...And than just fell off and couldn't get it back.
Cam and Wilson were branded "read option quarterbacks" and they're among the best in this game. Kap & Griff just lack the pocket presence they do, and it doesn't help that both have dealt with injuries.
It's still an effective formation (see - Panthers top ranked offense) and truth be told quarterbacks will take much bigger shots in the pocket or on a scramble than that play, but to keep a defense on it's heels of course it's best used in moderation.
