You get focused for a couple of hours but that's about it, I would think help focusing would be need for academics not so much for playing a sport but

the only drawback to adderall is that it makes you focused but takes away your creativity in a sense. it makes you like a machine.

a fighter that i suspected on using adderall is amir khan but i think this worked against him because in boxing you cant just execute movements you have to approximate threatening situations in a dynamic and creative way. i think it made him not as aware of dangers and risks. as a drug i dont think it really works for athletes like boxers. it takes them too far out of reality in a sense.

a sport that i think is perfect for adderall more than any other sport is basketball though. especially for the act of shooting. i think it could turn a ok shooter into a lights out shooter since shooting is all about focus and perfect executions. honestly i cant think of any reason why basketball players should not use it. it seems like it was made for that sport.
