Problem with white people like this is they have benefited from slavery and decided that we have done the same. Fact is Africa would have been a completely different Contingent if Slavery and Colonialism didn't happen. Ethiopia is a prime example actually. Spencer disagrees with Sowell about culture being a problem, and instead, alludes to genetics.

I would love to see Sowell debate Spencer on this issue, since Sowell has been very vocal about culture for decades.
