You really are limited. Hip-hop is entertainment and while they do influence a lot, the bling-bling era is dead. No one is really following these dudes anymore like that.
We are also talking about different levels of wealth. This kid supposedly is the son of an oil tyc00n. Oil is a very political subject. It affects economies around the world. No one gives to shh's that 2chainz is out buying lambo's. If he posted that shh no one would flinch because rap is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. It affects a limited amount of people compared to the oil business.
