a place in southwest florida called bonita springs. it's gorgeous. Got a deal cuz- an old woman died, her husband had been dead. her children wanted cash. most of the houses on my block are ~600 and sold by companies like sothbies or however you spell it

ehh I personally wouldn't say any of those places are my personal ideal to live.

One of my cousins live right outside the border of Woodbridge though, every time Im waiting outside for him in the summer, all types of exotic cars passing by going that direction, so Im sure they're eating well. Isn't woodbridge largely italian?

Woodbridge for a population of like 90k, but has a Ferrari and lambo dealership

Household income off over 100k is the median.

Condos half a mill townhouses 600k plus

Its like 45% Italian, tons of Russians as well and a few nikkaz
