my family bounced a round a lot as my father moved jobs. in houston our 340k house turned into almost 5. shell built their headquarters right nearby. so that's cool
but yeah property in cities is the best investment you can make ever. period. I'm under 20 credits away from my finance undergrad and already have a job in finance idk why. but it's good
