One of the main culprit I believe no one is talking about right now is Joe Philbin.
If true that Martin approached him during OTAs, presumably after some of those voicemails/text by Incognito, and Philbin couldn't correct the situation and apparently left it to worsen, a lot of the blame rest on him

I think Incognito is a total a$$hole and deserves everything that's coming his way but I don't believe his attitude in the locker room reflected one of a racist. There's too many guys on a football team for everyone to let that shyt slide if that was the case
