I don't miss the point I'm just being honest in feeling that you are worried to much about what happens online when its not even a realistic representation of what goes on in the normal world for most part. Like I said before who do you know in real life that fit any of these examples esp the blacks? How often have you been called a ****** by whites IRL? Harassment on the Job is ILLEGAL. Regardless of how valuable someone is if they're proven to be abusive to employees they'd have to be fired if only for the company to protect themselves better from lawsuits.
