dude made the Pro Bowl just last year
he's a veteran, had kept it cool the last few years and was apparently liked by his teamates.
Considering the situation, I'm not surprised he took on a leadership role.
But I agree anyway that this team is highly dysfunctional and all of this starts with the FO

I hear you, but I think you might be a little unfair in this case. Until this point, Richie might've just been a tough dude that was vocal. None of us know how he behaves himself during practices for example. As far as the hazing, I'd be surprised if the Dolphins were the only team in the NFL that did that kind of thing.
Yeah, now that he's being singled out and he's reacting by dumping on this dude even further, we get to see what a real a$$hole he is. That doesn't mean he didn't exemplify some of the typical hardnosed tough guy leadership traits that football teams look for in their captains (think Bill Romanowski).
everyone skipping the post about Incognito's dad posting on Dolphins message board. That shyt is crazy. Dude is blatantly divulging HIGHLY personal informations and has obvious knowledge of inside issues
