That was the least of it in my opinion. They are saying that Richie was telling Martin he was going to harm Martin's family.

Threats against the family is grounds for violent retribution. That goes way beyond just taunting someone or calling them names.

Typical coli tough guys response. Fact of the matter is not everyone is willing to step up to a 6'4 320 grown ass man and get their ass handed to them.

Beside, I know for a fact Incognito is not the only white NFL player using the nikka word when referring to a teamate. I can guarantee this happens on any team and most of the time they let it slide.

i feel ya, but people in general are like that's another man's battle....even though it does make sense to unify over Incognito. But Incognito talks and does crazy things so ain't nobody want that drama of getting they fam in a violent situation of get caught slipping themselves.

He's physically gifted enough to play football, but he doesn't have the mentality for it. I don't care what anyone says, football players are wired differently. It's a physical sport and they, despite knowing the long term risk involved, go out and put their health, and ultimately their lives on the line every Sunday. They're seen as the modern day warriors/gladiators of society. Dude just isn't built for that. He's an extremely cerebral and educated dude whose parents are both Harvard educated, and just never possessed that "nastiness" that most linemen have. Because of that, he never fit in within the locker room. His nickname on the team was "Big Weirdo" because he just wasn't built like that. Which is no fault of his own, like I said, football players are wired differently; if anything, he's probably more "normal" than they are. But "normal" isn't the status quo in an NFL locker room, especially among the linemen, so he was ostracized. I just find it weird that the two of them would hang out together in the offseason, and yet something obviously happened along the way to get the situation to where it is, now. There's probably a lot of details that have yet to come out, I think this is about to get REAL ugly.
