They're saying Incacnito was the "ringleader" and others were involved in the bullying including Mike Pouncey. That would explain why the players are taking Incacnito's side.

This sounds like Full Metal Jacket honestly. I'm glad Martin left the team because he might have eventually killed himself and a few others in the process.

Find it odd that no one on the team has come to Martin's defense. Everyone has said that Richie is their dude. Furthermore, this Stanford dude (smart guy) is keeping these voicemails for over a year & decides to release them the week after he loses his job to Bryant McKinnie? Smells like a con job if I'm being honest. This Stanford dude is manipulating the world wide leader & the Organization and it's working. Definitely not, you see what the media does when a gay teen commits suicide, as soon as someone kills themselves in a situation like that, it instantly becomes an injustice and the person on the receiving end instantly becomes the victim

its typical when people are bullied no one takes their side, you never went to school?: the little kid that always got bullied had no friends.

and of course they would take the side of someone who has been there for 3 years over a guy whose been their a year and a half. Martin is now perceived as a rat for speaking about "personal team stuff" out in teh open.
