Just heard the voicemail. Dude was clearly joking but being too much of an a$$hole with it. Martin should have rocked him in his shyt one good time and take the W or L that comes with it. I promise you Incognito is the need to be accepted type, which is why he shows his ass for laughs, so if you rock his shyt he'll get emotional like "Come on bro. Can't take a joke? " and never f×ck with you again.

I've been around enough "bro" white people to know that Incognito was joking around on that voicemail. Did he cross the line? Absolutely. So he deserves whatever repercussions come out of this. But they were clearly cool enough to where Incognito thought he could say that and Martin wouldn't get offended at all. So, IF Incognito was actually joking in that voicemail (like he says, and like other Dolphins players believe he was) then what evidence of bullying is there? And why haven't we heard from Martin himself, yet?

huh? 1) I'm not white. and 2) I never said anything about whether or not Martin had a right to be offended by it, I said that if Incognito said that in a joking matter, he (meaning, Incognito) probably thought him and Martin were cool to where Martin wouldn't take offense. But that's the problem with saying shyt like that, is that your intentions as the person saying it doesn't matter, but it's at the discretion of the receiver of the message and how he/she perceives it. That's why I said Incognito deserves whatever repercussions come his way, because he clearly fukked up and used poor judgment, even if he didn't think he was being offensive.

It wasn't that he thought Martin was cool with it, it's that he never stood up for himself. Its like in school if an older and bigger dude gives you a dumb nickname, then graduates to clowning you when girls are around to get some points, then punches you in the arm when you say something he doesn't like, then getting more mean spirited like smacking you or spitting on you, next thing you know you're taking a daily ass whooping.

He was joking, but wasn't nothing friendly about it. You can tell by the way he said you're still a rookie that he was purposely playing a role, and adding crazier and crazier statements because he felt he could. It's getting an ego boost off the strength of the weak 101.

Now did MARTIN take that voicemail as a threat (which is really the only thing that matters here)? He was joking but that doesn't mean he's not racist. I played baseball coming up so I know all about how white boys can be cool as fukk but then say crazy shyt that comes from a racial superiority place when you're not around.
