Agreed, and hopefully it changes him for the better. He got what he deserved.
BUT WHAT IS MARTIN'S BEEF? Someone show me some evidence of him getting bullied. Everything we've heard so far states that Martin was the one going around the locker room playing the voicemail and laughing about it. And him and Incognito were always hanging out even after the voicemail. So until someone shows me evidence of anything at all that shows he actually has legs to stand on here, I have to objectively call a spade a spade and say he's being a bytch and doing this for other reasons.
I see what you did there, but on the bullying aspect, I never argued for Martin in terms of the bullying, what I have a problem with is Incognito using ******. If the players are saying they were good friends, they see what they want to see. I worked with a lady that called me a sambo 3 times before she got fired. I checked her the first time, but she had been at the company for 30 years, I had been there only 32 days. I still had to work next to this lady. But I came to work everyday and done my job. I didn't notify HR about the last incident until my manager decided he was going to lay me off, when he asked me about how my relationship was with the lady, I let him know what happened. After that he couldn't lay me off right then, but he had to fire the lady and that pissed him off. He moved me to a different department where there was less work so I could be laid off a month later. Long story short, the case was resolved

Mediation when you have a lawyer is a wonderful thing.
Now I'm not saying Martin was that calculating in terms of letting other people listen to the voicemail. But you don't keep a voicemail that long with out having an agenda. Friendship is conditional, you're my friend until I decide you're not anymore, and I have the right to dictate the validity of our friendship. Martin played Incognito and the Dolphins organization.
