His entire career for better or worse will be the storyline of this era in 15 years, especially if it ended the other night.

I'm probably being over dramatic but his character analysis has to be right up there with damn near anyone past Pac when you think about the hole he dug himself into and how oblivious he appears to be to it all.

In an era of "all publicity is good publicity" he embodies that to the extent that he's reserved himself a spot in hip hop history, and I'm sure that's what he wanted right

It's kind of sad because beneath all the bullshyt is a story of a guy who worked hard for 10 years to get to his spot and genuinely loves the culture at a time many don't, but his ego is just way out of hand.

Yeah, his legend would be big. No pun on big and the legacy he would leave would be crazy. He runs MMG like old cashmoney/No limit as far as quantity and quality music that's put out consistently

The last part of your statement is the illest part of his career. The man really put in allot of work in he doesn't even talk about. He started off his career working with legends. His career trajectory mirrors cam'rons but he's a far more effective leader and better artist

If he got killed I would love to learn more about the work he did with Eric Sermon. His early work on Slip N slide. Why he took the CO job after his first deal fell through..allot of mystery behind the persona

I agree with you both. He has put in a lot of work since the Trilla era.

I'm not referring to Spider a.k.a "What's a G-Unit Crip?" or 40 "Watch out for the bushes" Glocc.

Rick Ross is never out of character so some real shyt happening is kind of funny. You'd think he'd appreciate it. Maybe he'll fall back on the theatrics now and make good music. Don't want him to end up like Biggie.

Let the GDs put a sniper across the grassy knoll from Ross' fave chicken & crab meats restaurant. It's a wrap.

Ross earned that money and borrowed no images from the GDs. If he acquiesces to their demands, other groups will exploit him too. Ross will seem less of a boss.

--> aq out

Them nikkas couldn't hit his car at close range, you really think they got snipers :comeon:

Real spit. Ive told ppl over the years that we will not truly appreciate the scope of what Ross has accomplished in his career until he's gone. Ppl refuse to accept it but when we look back on this era Ross will be the focal point of it. He has the discography, the work ethic, the controversy, and he has built a strong team from the ground up. Too much hate right now to have a logical debate about him. Hes scorned alot of ppl these last few years
