Somebody explained it the other thread. He was an Iraqi war vet. Basically, amateur shooter + gun recoil + rapid rate of fire = you ain't hitting shyt, let alone a moving target.
When you fire a gun, the gas that is expelled from the explosion causes recoil, which moves the gun from the original aiming position. When it comes to trajectory of bullets, recoil moving the gun an inch has a big impact on the trajectory of the bullet. Generally, the larger the round, greater the recoil. A lot of semi-automatic guns have single action first shot, double action for the rest of the magazine, making it even more difficult to hit a target if you don't compensate for recoil. That's why innocents get hit so much in the hood. nikkas don't know how to shoot.

Nothing to really get off my chest it just seems like no one can logically explain how you miss an entire car you shooting at with a semi automatic weapon with 20 plus shots. I understand what you saying but it simply doesn't apply in this situation. I understand bystanders get hit by nikkas with fukked up aim but a car my nikka and especially one as big as a Rolls? It ain't like they were On some Young Jeezy shyt having a shoot out on the highway letting it fly sideway. They were creeping in the street early in the morning and you miss a big black nikka like Ross in a white Rolls with no tint. Unless the shooters were in the same click as some ol boy from I got The Hook up retard shooters on bikes.

What I explained was just at the basic level
Add in anxiety, fear, adrenaline, other physiological factors the shooter was going through at the time of the act
We don't know if Ross saw the shooter before he let off
We don't even know if Ross was the target
This shyt is an example of karma biting Ross in the ass
I'm just not willing to jump off of that conspiracy theory cliff
It could be as simple as the shooter couldn't shoot
